In addition to honors such as being listed #185 on the 2021 Fortune 500, Cognizant was again named on Fortune's List of the G Job Summary Summary Senior Director, Martech Chief Architect: Salesforce Marketing Cloud We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Chief MarTech Architect to lead the MarTech practice. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing our customer's marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a broad range of marketing technologies. With a strong background in Marketing, Analytics and Data Management you will drive innovation and ensure the alignment of our customer's marketing technology strategy with business goals. This role demands a visionary leader who can translate complex requirements into scalable solutions fostering a culture of excellence in addition to driving overall growth of the Salesforce practice through a combination of business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: *Develop and execute comprehensive MarTech strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. *Identify, evaluate, and select the most suitable MarTech tools and platforms to support marketing goals. *Oversee the integration and optimization of MarTech stack, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations. *Experience leading procurements (RFPs and RFIs), client interactions with senior stakeholders across markets and partners. *Serve as a trusted advisor for large, complex deliveries; drive conversations with our customer's technical staff and business stakeholders armed with best practices. *Develop or support SFMC Architecture best practices supporting client development through delivery of best practices, delivery templates, and solution papers. Technical Expertise: *Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including its core functionalities, automation capabilities, and integration points. *Have a strong grasp of data architecture, data modeling, and data integration techniques. *Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends and emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation. *Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud problems with both the customer and third-party partners. Team Leadership: *Lead and mentor a team of MarTech specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. *Collaborate closely with sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. *Provide strategic direction for SFMC initiatives enhancing customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. *Help define and manage the career development plans and program for technical resources to progress from solution / technical architects through enterprise architecture. Project Management: *Manage complex MarTech projects, including implementation, migration, and optimization initiatives. Data Analysis and Insights: *Leverage data analytics to measure the performance of MarTech stacks and identify areas for improvement. *Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business growth. Qualifications *20+ Years overall experience with over 10+ years in Salesforce in cross Salesforce products *At least 5 years experience in SFMC driving SFMC and Salesforce architect *At least 1 year experience in AI, Einstein, Data Cloud *Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, Salesforce Data Cloud consultant and Salesforce AI specialist lobal Most Admired Companies for 2022. EDUCATION: * Management/ Business/ Economics; master's degree is preferred. |
