Purpose of Position
The Manager, Associate Sales Executives is responsible for leading and developing a team of Associate Sales Executives (ASEs) to drive new business and build relationships with prospective Owners. The core functions of this role include coaching ASEs through the sales process, setting and tracking team performance goals, and collaborating with senior sales leadership to align sales strategies. The Manager will ensure ASEs are prospecting, developing interest, closing sales, and transitioning new Owners smoothly to Account Executives and Owner Services. This role plays a critical part in the overall development of ASEs, preparing them for advancement within the NetJets sales organization. Tasks and Responsibilities
