The Role in Brief: Coordinator, CHRO Collaborative, EAB Seramount EAB's research programs offer strategic guidance at scale. EAB research helps partners educate stakeholders at their organization, make research-informed decisions, and enhance the implementation speed of recommended practices. As a Coordinator, you color-code, you organize, you never let things slip through the cracks. As a Coordinator, you support our Research by connecting partners to our team of experts, ensuring processes are running smoothly, and meeting key deadlines. As an integral member of the team enabling smooth operations, this Coordinator will gain experience and expertise in business operations at EAB. This Coordinator's anticipated focus will include supporting EAB Seramount's first Research offering specifically designed for Chief Human Resources Officers. The Coordinator will serve an important role both internally and externally as a liaison, information resource, and key point of contact. This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.
