The RoleAs we continue to grow as one QuidelOrtho we are seeking a Supply Planner II to work in our Fluids Manufacturing facility in Rochester, NY. The Supply Planner will be responsible for production paperwork and raw material purchases to ensure the smooth flow of production for the Fluids Manufacturing site. Production paperwork includes SAP work orders, checklists, job instructions and other Device History Record (DHR) content. They will create, distribute, and collect/reconcile all paperwork as production is completed to ensure timely release of materials for shipment. The individual will work closely with members of Production, Quality, and Warehousing on a daily basis. They will also engage with Product Support, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and other support functions as-needed. Purchasing responsibilities will include developing material purchase plans, issuing Purchase Orders, Scheduling Agreements, invoice reconciliation, and adjusting delivery dates with vendors as needed. The individual will also update master data as needed, including SAP BOMs, PIRs, Source Lists, etc. The Production Planner will participate in meetings discussing production schedules and provide necessary feedback. This position will provide backup to other members of the team as needed and will also be required to monitor and adjust work tasks to ensure production schedules are met. Up to 75% of time at desk, standing or sitting extended periods of time. No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials (up to 10 lbs.) is required. Will require domestic and international travel up to 20%. Ability to travel on short notice. Salary TransparencySalary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including: education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. Salary range for this position is $58,000 to $99,000 and is bonus eligible.
