Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the store relating to sales performance, in-home program success, the security of assets, inventory flow, cleanliness, accurate reporting, repairs and maintenance and operational processes.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Complete necessary tasks to ensure all staff both sales and operations are fully trained to do their job to the standards set forth by the company
* Set and post weekly goals for team
* Complete weekly coaching on performance and behaviors
* Maintain staffing levels and active participation in recruiting of new team members
* Assure accurate and efficient inventory floe based on best practices
* Follow the Standard work expectations for Store Managers

SCOPE & IMPACT:
* Accountable for store finances - varies based on store (sales range from $4-20 million)
* Achieve AOP numbers for store
* Maintain security of company assets in the company
* Assure all customer concerns as addressed in a time frame that exceeds their expectations
* Assures growth of In-Home program in the store through coaching of Sales and Design Staff

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Vocational or technical training in field of management with 2-4 years of sales and management experience, or equivalent
* Previous experience managing P&L
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Travel Required: up to 5%

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
* Effectively perform the key responsibilities of the position
* Ability to work independently, interact. and collaborate with internal and external customers
* In depth knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures use in a variety of situations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Up to 25 direct reports

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Retail store environment/no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands
