Job Summary This position is responsible for the ongoing delivery of supplier management activities to govern suppliers. Functional responsibilities to execute on the supplier management framework include invoice management, onboarding/offboarding, performance management and relationship management. Partner with internal business areas and suppliers to ensure business expectations and contractual obligations are met through metrics and kpi maintenance.

NOTE: This hybrid role (3 days in office) can be in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in managing supplier relationships OR 6 years of experience in managing supplier relationships
*Experience managing contracts, customer relationships and suppliers.
*Ability to execute while navigating customer relationships.
*Ability to simplify and standardize general intermediate concepts/processes toward tangible results.
*Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
*Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions.
*Analytical thinking and problem solving.
*Adaptability/ability to manage change.
*Teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Health Care Management.
*Master's in Business Administration or Health Care Management.
*Advanced education or certifications in Supplier Management, Health Care Management, etc.
*Prior experience in Information Technology, Health Care Management, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Government, Insurance, and/or Healthcare.
*Knowledgeable in quality methodologies; Lean and/or Six Sigma philosophies, tools, and techniques.
*Knowledge of Contract Financial Management practices including invoice tracking and budget analysis.
*Knowledge of procurement technologies.
*Knowledge of foundational IT systems, solutions, and capabilities.

Base Pay Range$53,500.00 - $118,100.00
