To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
Bachelor's degree:in a related field Certifications: Professional Scrum Master II (PSM-II) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM); Kanban Management Professional (I) or equivalent; ICAgile Certified Professional-Agile Coaching (IPC-ACC) or equivalent; ICAgile Certified Professional-Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) or equivalent 3+ years of agile development with at least 2 years as a full-time, dedicated Scrum Master Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as Microsoft Azure Ops Boards (preferred), JIRA, or Rally In-depth understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Exceptional facilitation skills: Master the art of guiding productive discussions, resolving conflicts, and fostering team dynamics. Agile mindset: Embrace transparency, continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Ability work on site in La Crosse, WI. Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI, MN, or IA only. **Note we have varying levels of Scrum Masters and have the ability to make offers based on experience.

Job Description:
The Scrum Master has primary responsibility to lead their teams toward high performance delivery of business value by ensuring they are practicing effective Scrum, by training and coaching them on leading Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices, by promoting their focus on delivery of value from initiation through release, and by supporting them through their execution of work activities on initiatives of varying complexity. The Scrum Master helps remove impediments to delivery, facilitates team planning and problem solving, and supports development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges. The Scrum Master must be highly effective in communication with team members and stakeholders, including operational and business leads, Product Owners, and Developers. The Scrum Master will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and have a thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement. Scrum Masters serve up to two Agile solution teams using advanced concepts and tools, and they may help support an additional team during gaps or transitions. Major Responsibilities: 1. Serve up to two Agile solution teams using advanced concepts and tools. 2. Perform the role of Scrum Master as defined in The 2020 Scrum GuideTM. 3. Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role. 4. Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. 5. Participate in and contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice. 6. Establish and communicate team-level metrics. 7. Mentor and assess development of less experienced Scrum Masters. Assist functional managers with orientation, training, coaching, and counseling lower level and less experienced Scrum Masters for their professional development. 8. Support operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 9. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. 10. Other duties as assigned.
