Minimum Qualifications |

Preferred Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree required. 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage
upper-level management, including restaurants, banquets, and catering.
General Management experience preferred, but not required. |
Position Summary |
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is a senior management role responsible for overseeing the Front of House Service Staff within the Food & Beverage Division at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and Hotel. This position encompasses the management of all service team members across various sectors, including Banquets, Off-Premise Catering, and Retail Outlets such as the Bulldog Bistro and Savannah Room. In addition to operational management, the Assistant Director will play a crucial role in budget oversight and strategic planning for the division, ensuring effective management of payroll and expenses. This position also involves evaluating management performance to drive operational excellence.
