Soft Services Supervisor

Job Description Summary

The Soft Services Supervisor is a position within the line of operations at C&W SERVICES. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision, operation and performance of all janitorial, transportation and administrative services, consisting of the (3) personnel or more.

Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining adherence to customer quality requirements
  • Responsible for personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate methods and procedures for operations personnel
  • Interface with customer representatives to assure that service delivery/quality is satisfactory
  • Interface with Manager relative to personnel administration, budgetary requirements, and customer issues
  • Establish and maintain vendor sources for supplies and materials providing best prices/delivery
  • Assist the Contract Manager in the development of customer reports, performance indicators, and productivity improvement programs
  • Assist Janitorial in the development of all safety rules and programs

Qualification

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience associated with building services activities
  • Minimum of five (5) years of recent supervisory experience with staff of twenty-five or more
  • Supervisory/business training, preferably at college level
  • Desire to exceed and a service attitude relative to customer needs
