Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an equipment repair technician preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while
    maintaining quality and Company safety standards.

  • Safely operate manual, electric, battery and pneumatic hand tools.

  • Ability to frequently bend and stand for prolonged periods.

  • Ability to safely lift up to 65lbs as needed.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to perform standard mathematical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair heating, cooling and electrical components on refurbished equipment.

  • Use problem solving skills to support continuous improvement.

  • Read schematics and technical manuals to support OEM repairs.

  • Accurately document and maintain equipment logs.

  • Perform refurbishment tasks including disassemble/assemble, sanitation and quality inspections.

  • Adhere to 5S standards in the workplace.
