Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Senior Program Officer perform a wide variety of duties necessary to planning and implementing exchange programs in coordination with regional bureaus, other bureau offices, program agencies, and posts. Provide support to the top-level operatives and other parties as may be required. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Duties may include reviewing, advising, and recommending actions for management and analysis of budgets and grants, travel arrangements, training, information system support, and domestic representation using database systems. This position will confirm and prioritize project plans and deliverables as agreed upon between the staff contractor and Bureau COR and Office/Division supervisor (or Office Director or Deputy Director).
