Compliance Coordinator

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am start time (must be flexible to work earlier/later based on project needs)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compliance

    • Work closely with Leadership to understand and maintain focus on DC's compliance needs (safety, security and training quality compliance including identifying and tracking critical metrics/KPIs; providing actionable insights to relevant decision-makers; ensuring DC meets goals and does not miss due dates.

    • Process reviews/audits to identify process gaps to compliance/efficiency. Report out findings/recommendations on process improvements.

  • Follows policies and procedures; Supports DC's goals & values.

  • Training

  • Work with trainers to ensure required training content meets objectives.

  • Prepare training rosters, communicate status to ensure completion by due date and enter required training completed for Master Control and My Learning.

  • Oversee training roster integrity meets GDPs, keep organized, file for ease for audits and tracking.

  • Coordinate and/or conduct training sessions as needed.

  • Communications/ Reporting

  • Communicate DC events, projects, compliance report outs, etc as required through various media. (email, PowerPoint presentations, posters, smart TV, bulletin boards, presenting in meetings, etc)

  • Miscellaneous Tasks/Projects

  • Support for supply order process

  • JDA

    • New Hire / Role Change Set up

    • Back-Up support for DC Reports, JDA Data Entry

  • All other tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 3+ years of relatedexperience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills

    • Must be able to fluently speak and write in English (required)

    • Bi-Lingual in Spanish, Burmese/Hakha Chin desirable

    • Track project requests and provide progress updates. Functional experience of Smartsheets helpful.

  • Analytical / Technical / Problem Solving Skills

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

    • Technical writing experience

    • Willingness to make decisions and solve problems

  • Microsoft office tools / software programs

  • Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, Publisher. Advanced experience in Excel required (pivot tables, Vlookup, Macros, etc)

  • SharePoint

  • Smartsheets

  • Time Management

    • Uses time efficiently; Looks for ways to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

    • Works with leadership to prioritize business and information needs

    • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, performance, and efficiency

  • Professionalism

    • Understands the confidentiality of business transactions; Inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity, honesty and ethically; Reacts well under pressure; Keeps emotions under control; Treats others with respect, courtesy and consideration; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Is consistently punctual to work, meetings and appointments; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Follows instructions and responds to leadership direction.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $19.49 - $32.48
