Partners with the Chairman of the Department of Urology and the VP, JMG Operations to manage day to day operations of the Urology practice. Responsible for the financial management and oversight of Urology clinical practices, TJUH assigned accounts and TJU academic and research activities. Serves as the liaison to finance and revenue cycle. Thomas Jefferson University and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Administration, as well as other divisional leadership. The Administrator is responsible to provide leadership and direction to ensure adherence to the Departmentrsquo;s strategic plan and the University mission.
Bachelorrsquo;s degree required. Masterrsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or another related field preferred Minimum 5 years progressive management experience in healthcare related field Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University.
