Slack is where work happens for millions of people every day. We're on a mission to make people's working lives simpler, more pleasant, and more productive! Right now, we're hiring an Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager to supercharge our webinar strategy and drive demand for Slack.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and elevate our webinar program: Develop and execute a global webinar strategy, including accurate audience segmentation and program optimization

  • Produce and manage webinars: Handle day-to-day production, from creating registration pages, conducting dry runs and hosting multiple live events weekly

  • Manage on-demand webinar strategy: Build a multi-channel on-demand webinar strategy to maximize views and impact

  • Drive promotions and sales communications: Leverage email, social, display, and internal comms to boost registration and ultimately and pipeline

  • Measure and report performance: Analyze data and produce regular reports to track webinar contribution, effectiveness, and impact

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and global teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution

  • Optimize and innovate: Continuously refine processes to improve program efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends

What you should have:

  • 3-5 years in the webinar field or similar discipline, with a track record of planning, executing, and optimizing webinars

  • Technical savvy: Familiarity with ON24, Salesforce, and other marketing tools related to campaigns

  • Data-driven mentality: Ability to analyze data and make performance improvements

  • Project management skills: Outstanding organization, rigorous attention to detail, and comfort with deadlines and deliverables

  • Clear communication: Strong communication skills across multiple channels and the ability to craft compelling stories with PowerPoint/Google Slides

  • Proactive attitude: A go-getter who takes ownership, is accountable, and drives results

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $152,200. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
