What You'll Do



Summary/Objective:

Responsible for the development of strategic plans, operations, and overall management of the branch network, including business develop, community involvement, and financial wellness initiatives. Oversee the sales and service program that supports DCU's Success Sharing program with a focus on member education.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Team to achieve Success Sharing goals and consistently provide input to business plans and strategy.
  • Manage the overall operations for the branch network, which includes supervision of the regional managers, branch management, member service representatives, tellers, and the business development manager.
  • Develop policies and operating procedures within areas of responsibility; ensure policies/procedures are communicated and followed.
  • Evaluate processes and technology for areas of opportunity, develop action plans to improve and eliminate waste; provide guidance and management reports regarding progress.
  • Develop the branch services team through continuous coaching, training, and webinars/conferences.
  • Maintain and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and the branch network sales and service program.
  • Ensure branch staff are trained in branch robbery procedures with a focus on staff/member security.
  • Ensure the appropriate level of overall security of negotiable items is maintained and managed.
  • Respond to all member complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the annual branch services budget, administer allotted funds in accordance with the budget; recommend capital expenditures for planning and branch development.
  • Maintain relationship with legal counsel regarding branch leases and renewals.
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with vendors to include researching new branch locations, new branch construction, design, and equipment.
  • Manage negotiations of new branch leases and lease renewals to ensure alignment with current market conditions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the SVP of Member Services.



What You'll Need




  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Previous financial services/branch network experience
