Role Summary: As the Senior Manager of Brand and Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will merge the Brand Marketing Strategy team and the Growth Channel Marketing teams to create a cohesive and powerful marketing force. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and expanding our customer base. The Senior Manager position leads the go-to-market planning for the Electrify America, Electrify Canada, Electrify Commercial, Electrify Home and As Seen on EV brands. The role will lead all marketing launches and ensure cross functional alignment on all marketing initiatives. In addition, the role will ensure a consistent brand voice and creative identity is delivered across the company and that all strategic marketing activities are tied directly to business KPIs. This position will work closely with the marketing controller and finance team in managing department's budget allocation, tracking and reporting. This position requires a strong leader, that is both a team player and strategically sound. Role Responsibilities: Brand Marketing & Strategy (45%):
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company vision, values, and target market. Define and communicate the brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice consistently across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as product marketing, creative, and content, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
- Growth Channel Optimization: Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by optimizing performance marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and other relevant channels. Continuously analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Manage the strategic corporate social responsibility roadmap. Develop CSR brand narrative for Electrify America. Manage, initiate, and organize the development and implementation of CSR programs to meet the mission and strategic goals of Electrify America.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform brand positioning, marketing strategies, and campaign development. Conduct market research, customer surveys, and analysis to gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize brand exposure and generate mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Brand Neutral ZEV Marketing: Oversee the planning, development and execution of Brand Neutral marketing campaigns and strategy.
Growth Marketing & Strategy (40%):
- Manage the strategy for Electrify Canada, Electrify Commercial, and Electrify Home and OEM business verticals that supports sales funnel growth, brand awareness, and sales
- Responsible for providing strategic direction for all digital properties for Electrify Commercial, Electrify Home, and Electrify Canadas (website, App, HMI, social media, paid media, etc.)
- Responsible for creating the marketing strategy, executing various marketing campaigns to support various business verticals and then scaling the strategy
- Work with the wider Marketing team, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute complex marketing strategies in priority areas of our business
- Lead creation and implementation of the positioning and unquote selling points (USPs) of the "Electrify" verticals; America, Canada, Home, & Commercial
- Develop insights to identify opportunities and feed our business strategies
- Track and measure the impact of our programs and use insights/learnings to optimize initiatives for better impact continuously
- Accountable for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects from briefing and design through completion and delivery
- Accountable for delivering upon Key Performance Indicators by business unit
Operational (15%):
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a team of talented marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide clear guidance, set goals, and evaluate performance to drive individual and team success. Mentor team members and identify training opportunities to develop their skills and expertise.
- Project Management: Manage timelines to ensure key milestones are understood and met.
- Budget Management: Work closely with finance to ensure marketing activities are within budget. Conduct regular reporting on actual and forecasted costs.
- Reporting: Oversee quarterly and annual regulatory reporting. Produce annual corporate social responsibility report.
Qualifications
Years of Relevant Experience:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of driving growth
- 5+ years leadership experience managing teams
- 7-10 years of vendor/agency management experience
Education (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing or related field
- Other bachelor's degree with strong proven marketing and communications and/or project management expertise
Education (Desired):

- Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to gather insights, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights: Ability to conduct market research, gather consumer insights, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies and campaign development.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and manage relationships with external partners.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders at all levels, and present marketing strategies and campaign results.

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
In the state of California, the salary range is $133,000 - $190,100.
In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $133,000 - $190,100.
In the state of Washington, the salary range is $133,000 - $190,100.
In New York City, the salary range is $159,600 - $228,100.
In Westchester County, the salary range is $159,600 - $228,100.
