HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO The School of Public Health - Health Policy & Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Sponsored Funded Professional - Project Coordinator to work on two externally funded studies focused on promoting smoking cessation and lung cancer screening among diverse and underserved populations. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of project protocols, study procedures, intervention materials, and study and outreach materials; conducting data collection with participants; coordinating the team schedule; and assisting with data management and preparation of reports, presentations, and papers. Conduct data collection for two externally funded studies focused on promoting smoking cessation and lung cancer screening among diverse and underserved populations. Conduct informed consent, baseline assessments, and follow-up assessments. Conduct qualitative interviews, survey assessments, and biochemical assessments (e.g., expired carbon monoxide). Assist in the development and maintenance of project protocols, study procedures, intervention materials, and study and outreach materials. Assist with programming and maintaining smoking cessation/lung cancer screening promotion intervention through a mobile health technology platform. Manage team schedule, including participant enrollment and assessment sessions - Coordinate student research assistant schedules in carrying out study tasks. Assist with data management (e.g., REDCap, Qualtrics, Excel, SPSS, NVivo) Perform basic statistical analysis. Assists with qualitative analysis of interviews and focus groups. Summarize data for reports, presentations, and papers. Assist with and/or lead the preparation of conference submissions and scientific manuscripts. Other duties as assigned.
