Overview: We are looking for a proactive and eager Facilities Specialist to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. - Serve as the first point of contact for contractors regarding facility maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the maintenance and oversight of HVAC systems, ammonia units, boilers, and compressors.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to identify and resolve facility-related issues that impact operational efficiency.
- Support the planning and execution of capital improvement projects within the facility.
- Help manage and coordinate the work of contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to enhance the longevity and reliability of facility systems.
- Document maintenance activities and provide regular updates on the status of projects and repairs.
What you bring to the table
- Associate's Degree required
- 3+ years of Maintenance/Facilities experience within a manufacturing environment
- Basic familiarity with facilities management, HVAC units, ammonia systems, boilers

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $94,200-$135,400
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
