Job Description General Responsibilities: Specifically manages Terracon's external client portal, responsible for delivering data, products, and services, and is very comfortable with geographical information systems (GIS) to manage and utilize location information. Takes a long-term view of the IT portfolio for a given area of the business and engages with business management and executives to refine it to maximize benefits at a sustainable ongoing cost. Leads teams, focused on a particular area of the business, to deliver value through software solutions, whether developed in-house, developed externally, or through the use of third-party software. Is the primary point of contact for a particular area of the business for any business initiative which could require information technology resources or systems.
