Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing programs and initiatives aimed at building the firm's profile, both in general and within specific practice areas and industry groups.
- Draft and assemble materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pitches, and client presentations.
- Help coordinate and support firm events, including webinars, teleconferences, seminars, and speaking engagements.
- Coordinate and manage practice group events and sponsorships.
- Work with the team to organize and execute events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Conduct research on potential clients, industries, competitors, and market trends.
- Assist in compiling information for directory submissions (e.g., Chambers USA, Legal 500).
- Use available databases, including Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing systems, to support research, business development, and pitch tracking.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, such as practice group profiles, attorney biographies, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Contribute to the creation of publications like newsletters, alerts, and client communications.
- Assist with preparing briefing materials for partner/client meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences.
- Leverage Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (or equivalent marketing automation tools) to track and report on marketing campaigns, pitches, and event participation.
- Ensure accuracy in data management across various platforms and systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and business development team.
- Maintain files, submit expense reports, and assist with routine administrative tasks as needed.
