Oversee the facility. Manage daily operations of administrative and shop personnel, while ensuring a safe work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- College degree and/or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sage 100 software experience is a plus

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES |
- Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
- The ability to think ahead and plan over a 3-6 month period is essential
- Technical skills in materials and inventory management and preventative maintenance
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, which include proper phone etiquette.
- Exceptional problem analysis and problem resolution capabilities
- Must maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Maintains communication between the branch and Management regarding operations and productivity; Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to Management regarding operational policies and procedures.
- Continuously updates product knowledge. Stays informed and educated as to product inventory and applicability. Understands product applications and helps customers in their selections.
- Assigns and directs all work performed in the branch, and supervises all areas of operation in accordance with established company policies/procedures, objectives, and Management recommendations.
- Manages workflow to assist staff in balancing priorities, providing backup support if needed, and otherwise ensuring that all work is accomplished with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Assists in the interviewing, hiring, training, and subsequent work performance evaluation of branch personnel in conjunction with Management
- Schedules, supervises, and motivates personnel, providing both formal and informal feedback and coaching on a regular basis; solicits feedback from subordinates, peers, and other team members with the goal of personal or operational improvement.
- Ensures the safety of all employees, seeing that safety rules are followed, hazardous conditions are corrected, and equipment and vehicles are properly maintained through scheduled maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining all buildings and grounds; Helps plan/maintain facility layout to promote safety, security, and productivity while leveraging available space.
- Works with other team members, key customers, and key suppliers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Maintains friendly relationships with customers and suppliers, building a favorable company image. Resolves problems and complaints as they arise.
- Completes and submits in a timely manner all necessary paperwork.
- Performs daily reviews of inventory, purchasing, equipment activity and completion approvals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
