This position is responsible for the global logistics network design and cost to service modeling for the assigned business. This role is the key interface between our global business partners and global supply chain. They work collaboratively to design a supply chain network that balances the cost, service, reliability, and sustainability goals for the business. This role will develop the foundation to build cost to serve models and a digital twin of the global supply chain. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies that optimize the supply chain network, considering cost, quality, and delivery time. Person Specification
Education: * At minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Finance required. * 10 years of experience in positions with increasing responsibility in supply chain, purchasing, materials management, or similar customer facing role, of which at least 3 years in supervisory role * Fluency in English required. * Working knowledge of one or more other European languages preferred Critical Competencies/Behaviors
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, analytical skills to effectively manage the complexities of operating in the chemical industry and optimizing supply chain performance.
