Publishing and Media Specialist Jr.

We adapt products and content for global leaders and rising stars into over 170 languages using processes and technologies that are fit for the digital age. And at the end of the localization and translation process, lots of the translated content - whether it's webpage or a simple leaflet - has to be adjusted by our Publishing & Media specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Processes tasks assigned by coordinators or Direct Manager
• Performs DTP engineering or picture localization accurately according to the project information and language
• Performs QA check accurately according to the project information and language specifics
• Responsible for high quality and in time delivery of checked files
• Creates final files and performs spot-check before handover to a coordinator
• Delivers DTP files in time and in corresponding quality to coordinators or Direct Manager
• Updates files after QA and language review

Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, multimedia, advertising or related studies.
• 1 year of DTP experience, experiences in DTP localization is an advantage
• English B1-B2
• DTP tools - Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Knowledge of Adobe Frame Maker or any other DTP/multimedia tools is an advantage.
