Details about the team:Join Aon's Risk Capital Analytics team and play an important role in shaping the future of our Commercial Risk Broking and Consulting value proposition, enabling our brokers and consultants to engage with our clients and support them in meeting their goals through enriched analytically empowered client experiences. This position will flex from the most mundane to the most exciting so it will be important that the colleague in this role is motivated by the vision, and able to execute on the tactical elements as required. This role will be based in the US, with hybrid workstyle options. Job responsibilities:
6+ years' experience in applied Consulting/Operations, Learning & Development, Outsourcing, Talent Management or in Human Resources Project and Resource Management experience, 5+ years at a managerial levelRequired education and certifications critical for the role: Bachelor's degree requiredWe support our colleagues! Pay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted to reflect applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
