Project Manager

Integral Federal is hiring a project manager to support the Department of Treasury Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) program. The successful candidate will have knowledge of CDFI Fund policy and procedures and understand the rules, guidelines, and regulations that the organization has put in place to govern operations and decision-making. You also understand that enhanced guidance and procedures are to be cohesive across the organization while handling the challenges of a dynamic Program Office. This is essential for the PM to perform job duties effectively and efficiently.

In this role, the PM will oversee the streamlining, development, delivery, and deployment of CDFI Fund work products.
• Requires the ability to collect, analyze and interpret information to understand complex problems and processes, and make informed decisions.
• It involves breaking down information into small parts, identifying patterns and relationships to efficiently display and convey information.
• It requires analytical and research skills and the ability to effectively manage working groups and sessions

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of direct experience managing operational activities for policy and procedures at the Federal level including working with the CDFI Fund Operations Office leading the streamlining of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Policies, and Guidelines.
• 5+ years of experience directly leading teams to provide written guidance to the CDFI Fund.
• 10 years of experience in Project and Program Management, including leading high-performing Federal Government programs for the Department of Treasury, and the management of all project resources:
  • Experience serving as the direct point of contact with clients on all project/program related matters.
  • Experience managing small and large complex projects, including IT Security contracts.
  • Experience engaging program scope, approach, delivery, technical integration, and the ability to mitigate risk and planning changes at the executive level.
