The Director Technology Management is responsible for managing staffs' career development and holding them accountable for meeting expectations, deadlines and producing quality deliverables while simultaneously, leading the development of and guiding the technology related aspects of our Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF). The Technology Director ATF's role is to understand both the technologies being used by our clients and the technology that we need to deploy to best meet our customer's needs and is responsible for the staff's successful development of all work carried out for our customers in these arenas while coordinating with the USA region management to develop and carry out market and technology related elements within the assigned market sectors (Semi, PV, FPD, Batteries).

with supporting tactics - Leads technology assessments (external, market facing) and
its associated planning (internal within Exyte) - Provides leadership in the understanding of technical
aspects of the market - Identifies, prepares for, and participates in developmental
forums such as conferences, trade shows and industry specific forums - Identifies market trends and related business opportunities
- Represents the Company to the target client communities, be
recognized in the industry as a thought leader and trend developer - Identifies resource needs required to carry out design and
construction work in the ATF market segment, and work in collaboration with corporate administrative functions to assemble this talent - Coordinates with the Market Segment Team on business
development efforts via proposals - Develops and maintains relationships with key clients and
industry partners - Other duties as assigned

Show your expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- Master's degree and/or PHD preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- Passionate about new manufacturing technologies and their
evolving markets. Ability to predict future market, customer, and capex trends - Has the ability to absorb technical knowledge in markets
outside of his/her core - Demonstrated ability to influence internal management and
customers - Self-motivated, ability to collaborate with
peers/collaborators across remote offices and time zones - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented, yet have the ability to think at a
high-level - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Types of Experience:
- Experience in a technology assessment role (trends,
opportunities, challenges) within high-tech industry environment - Experience implementing new technical initiatives within
the organization with demonstrated ROI impact - Prior experience working in large hi-tech manufacturing
facilities in any of the following roles: technology, operations, supply chain, capital equipment, or facilities planning - Experience developing market and technical content for
strategic decision making - Customer service experience. Experience facing
internal/external clients and mature industry audiences - Prior experience working in EPC services preferred
