About the Team We are a dynamic team of diversified expertise, creating a wide range of products celebrating ages and stages of Gear and other On-the-Go products for Kids, Teen & Baby. About the Role As a Designer for Gear Development, you will design Pottery Barn Kids gear products, including backpacks, food storage, and travel products, as well as nursery diaper bags and accessories. You will design products using style, theme, and mood. You will present to the Design Director for approval.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $80,000 - $86,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
