Job Overview: Astound is currently seeking a Senior Director of Sales in our Evansville, IN or Chicago, IL office. The Senior Director, Sales is responsible for increasing the customer and product penetration in the Illinois and Indiana markets to achieve budgeted revenue and net customer growth targets. This position leads residential direct sales, access and bulk sales, as well as the account maintenance team. They are also responsible for staffing, training, managing and motivating the department.
