Overview

ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB's Orlando, FL office is seeking a Transportation Intern to join us for Spring 2025!

This part-time position will be remote with the opportunity to come into the Orlando office as desired.

Responsibilities

    Assisting with engineering calculations, analysis, and report preparation
  • Compiling and analyzing annual traffic counts for various counties
  • Reviewing various traffic reports for state and local counties
  • Utilizing software such as Synchro, MicroStation, ArcGIS Pro, and more

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to independently perform multiple tasks and interact appropriately and positively with coworkers
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Team oriented with strong capability to work independently

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing undergraduate or master's degree in engineering
