Come support the Missile Defense Agency at Redstone Arsenal as we develop, test, and field an integrated Missile Defense System! Provide high-quality, professional services for Agency-wide Safety as directed by the MDA Quality, Safety & Mission Assurance. MDA established the QS organization to perform a continuous assessment of the engineering, technology, processes, production, and programmatic practices used to develop and operate the Missile Defense System such that high risk attributes can be identified and addressed to increase confidence in achieving mission success while ensuring personnel safety. This position will provide technical and program management support for the QS directorate at the Program and Project Safety Programs. The position will support development, implementation and execution of safety and occupational health (SOH) policies and procedures for programs across the Agency. Required Experience: Four years of relevant advanced experience in job hazard, risk assessment and other analytical techniques sufficient to identify and evaluate program areas involving high risk, new or revised operations, hazardous materials, and other adverse conditions.
