Short Intro and About the Job

A key ambition of Danone is to seamlessly integrate with customers, understand their organizational needs, and provide them options to autonomously pass orders and exchange data with Danone backend systems. This role will support delivering the Sales Sync product vision by providing the right tools for the customers transforming their experience when working with Danone. You will contribute building great front-end tools for Danone Customer Services team or leveraging third party platforms. You will help define the requirements and facilitate delivering solutions to grow the business through the Sales Management tools. You will partner closely with the business to understand the day-to-day issues of our business partners and identify ways to improve their experience and improve the Customer Value Journey. You will work closely with Product Owner and Senior Product Owner supporting them by making the product vision a reality and maximizing value for the organization.

This role is hybrid and can be located in White Plains, NY OR Louisville, CO OR fully remote with the opportunity to work from a home office.

Business Strategy / Strategic Vision:
* Collaborates with the Agile team, empowering others to work effectively and efficiently with data
* Contributes to the vision of the product, its definition, and the associated value. Makes recommendations to build and sustain the backlog, arbitrating among different needs and priorities
* Ensures consistency between the needs of end-users and stakeholders, as reflected in the vision of the product, its delivery, and its deployment & adoption.
* Understands the business needs, proactively conducts exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify product opportunities and discover product insights.
* Defines, analyzes, and validates key metrics to inform decision-making and measure product success from a business and user perspective
* Supports prioritization process, plans, and communicates on the steps identified to deliver the product
* Share the product road map, vision, release plan, release plan schedule with the teams
* Identifies opportunities to improve customer adoptability of customer services tools, delivering and maintaining the valuable features on Sales platforms. Co-ordinating with customers data exchange teams to pass different business document like sales orders, invoices, and other notifications.

Process & Projects:
* Technology processes, customer services - Order Entry tools, Mindwares, IT Platforms and/or end users.
* Agile frameworks and delivery models

Impact on Business Results:
Contributes to business results by delivering Customer Services (Order Entry) applications with high value for the organization, unlocking new capabilities and ensuring high quality IT delivery.



About You

* Bachelor's Degree within a Business IT or Computer Science related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
* 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience delivering Customer Services and Order Entry applications, Data Integration
* Experience with SAP EDI, API, SAP Process Orchestration (PO) or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus
* Experience with CPG and working agile are desired
* Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus

* Ability to rapidly understand business requirements, communicate business expectations to cross-functional development teams, document data findings that can be easily understood, structured, and detailed oriented profile
* Experience with Product and Agile Management methodology
* User Experience / Design Thinking / Data integration
* Knowledge in Framework Scrum
* Knowledge and experience with Jira (Atlassian) a plus
* Knowledge of SAP SD is Mandatory.
* Ability to synthesize to write user stories
* Customer centered mindset
* Ability to understand the end-to-end customer journey
* Business sense when discussing demands with functions and technical knowledge when communicating with IT squad.
* Solid communication, influencing, collaboration and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
* Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Conduct user story mapping, system analysis, business analysis.
* Work with product backlog using, definition of ready, functional decompositions, flow charts.
* Assist Product Owner with iteration level decision making as needed.
* Test user stories to ensure acceptance and validation to meet product goals

The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience.
