We are seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) Lead to join our ES organization. This role will have significant scope and impact, partnering closely with ES teams in the "Office of the COO" including ESBPs, ES Data Analytics, Talent Development, People Services & Operations (PS&O) and Compensation to coordinate, roll out and complete ES programs and initiatives that support the business needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is one who is interested in making an impact at scale in one of the fastest growing companies and the industry; excels in a fast paced, high engagement environment; and is looking to work with a strong ES Organization. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the ES Partners in the "Office of the COO" to deliver on the organization's talent strategy and strategic projects and initiatives. Initiatives include Go for Growth (G4G), employee retention, talent assessment, promotion planning, compensation (equity, bonus, merit), mobility, change management, and other talent related initiatives.
