Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fun and creative environment? Then we want you on our team! Gorman and Company is looking for a talented and energetic person to join our team as our full-time Hospitality Experience Manager for The Stella Hotel and Ballroom in Kenosha, WI, The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee, WI, and The Embassy Suites in Rockford, IL. As the Hospitality Experience Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences across all three hotels.

Our Hospitality Experience Manager will complete a variety of tasks which include:



  1. Lead the design, planning, production, and evaluation of diverse events, including curated & themed events, live music, and performance-based entertainment.
  2. Scout and negotiate with local and regional talent, curating unique entertainment offerings and specialty programming.
  3. Manage entertainment contracts, performance schedules, licensing, and vendor agreements for events.
  4. Develop creative themes and ensure seamless on-site management from setup to breakdown for events across multiple cities.
  5. Promote events through all appropriate website and social media sites.
  6. Coordinate local media when appropriate for both paid and unpaid media exposure
  7. Provide media assets before, during and after the events.
  8. Collaborate with appropriate departments to ensure successful promotion and execution of events.
  9. Serve as a liaison with local organizations and outside groups to enhance community involvement in events.
  10. Determine ROI on each event and promotion and analyze post event to determine effectiveness. Continue to monitor and evaluate initiatives and improve as needed.



Qualifications for Hospitality Experience Manager:



  1. Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field, such as Hospitality, Communicate, Marketing or Business.
  2. Two to three years experience in Event Planning or similar role, preferably in Hospitality or a related industry.
  3. Proficient in using social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  4. Creative thinker with the ability to generate new content ideas and adapt to current trends.
  5. Demonstrate innovative event production and a passion for curating memorable experiences.
  6. Manage event logistics, contracts, vendors, licensing, and permitting for all special events and festivals.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  8. Must hold a valid driver's license and willing to travel between Milwaukee, WI, Kenosha, WI and Rockford, IL.
