The Operations Supervisor - Customs Brokerage is responsible for supervising the import personnel of the department. This position manages workflow to ensure maximum productivity is reached within all teams.

The points below highlight the Operations Supervisor - Custom Brokerage duties: * Supervises import team personnel by managing workflow and team productivity and addressing employee performance and additional personnel standards * Prepares and monitors customs compliance and broker management reports * Maintains communication with customers and provides market competitive rate quotes * Develops Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) based on customer specifications * Handles accounting processes; including monitoring AP/AR issues, Post Entry reviews and audits What will set you apart as a GEODIAN? * Incredible work ethic * Embrace the GEODIS culture What will make you successful in this role? * Positive attitude, attention to detail, high-level of customer service, and ability to multi-task Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent * Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity, Customs Broker License preferred * Ability to occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds Join us as we logistic your CAREER growth!
