Position Title: Finisher Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 9:00pm - 5:30am (Sunday - Thursday) OR 6:00pm - 4:30m (Monday - Thursday or Sunday - Wednesday); Overtime as Needed We are seeking hard working individuals for our company in Reedsburg, WI. Finisher Responsibilities: - Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings - Mark defects and discard defective castings into the designated scrap box - Operate trim press to remove excess material - Remove fins and other irregularities from castings using hand and power tools - Adjust and change cutter heard to proper specifications as necessary and record data - Arrange for machine repairs by contacting supervisor or Maintenance Department personnel as necessary - Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail - Exhibit superior safety practices, evidenced by outstanding housekeeping Requirements for Finisher: - Able to perform repetitive bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching - Able to read, write and understand English - Able to perform prolonged standing for 8-10 hour shift - Able to work in a fast-paced, hot environment - Able to lift up to 45lbs repetitively throughout shift - Continuous mental and visual attention baraboo@qpsemployment.com QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
