Job DescriptionSummary of Position In collaboration with the Director and Disability Specialists, the Assistive Technology & Accommodations Specialist develops the strategic vision and oversees the implementation of accommodations for students with disabilities as well as supervises student employees within the department. They manage all aspects of assistive technology, alternative format textbooks and course materials, testing accommodations, and note taking. This position also works closely with the CLASS Director to develop, implement and evaluate systems and processes that support the provision of accommodations. They are a subject matter expert and partner with campus stakeholders to consult on accessible web and information technology. Primary Responsibilities
