Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SNOW and preferably domain experience in Education. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring that our projects align with company goals and deliver.

Need someone very experienced in process documentation. Person needs to be able to capture current business process end to end so that we can identify what will go into ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery and how we will accomplish it. Once the process is fully captured, BA will work with Dev to create solution for replacing the existing Legal intake solution with SNow's Legal Service Delivery module.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Utilize SNOW to manage and track project progress ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirements process flows and user guides.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain approvals.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
  • Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in SNOW with proven experience in managing projects using this platform.
  • Have domain experience in Education which is highly desirable for this role.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Be adept at stakeholder management and building strong working relationships.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) ITIL Certification
