Auditor, Healthcare Revenue Integrity Program

Job Summary:

The Auditor II within MCP will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of provider reimbursement based on payer contracted rates. This healthcare revenue integrity position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

? Analyzes daily worklist for multiple clients.

? Conduct audits of client accounts for accuracy of the contractual obligation calculation.

? Review and confirm system generated underpayment explanation. Forward underpaid accounts for follow-up and collections to Lead Caller.

? Collaborate with MCP teams and client stakeholders to communicate audit findings.

? Prepare clear, detailed, and well-organized audit reports and presentations for clients, management, or stakeholders.

? Provide guidance and support to other auditors and team members as needed.

? Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in MCP's services.
