Qualifications:

* 3 or more years of experience in a healthcare related profession.

* Prefer an associates or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, hospital administration, or nursing.

* Detail-oriented

Job Summary:

The Follow Up Caller within MCP will perform day to day operations of the Revenue Integrity Program. Every claim, every client is different.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact respective payer for processing of additional reimbursement "underpayment"

* Validate underpayment explanation

* Generate Appeals and forward to Project Coordinator for approval

* Continue underpayment follow-up pursuit per scheduled daily activities until remittance of additional reimbursement occurs
