Facilities Equipment Engineer
Location: Santa Rosa, CA Job ID: #70136 Pay Range: $50-60 Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance. clearance not required to start Seeking a Facilities Equipment Engineer. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge to: - Conduct technical analysis of manufacturing and facilities equipment installations, modifications and enhancements to evaluate reliability and MTTF. - Coordinate maintenance technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues using a logical approach to determine a technical solution based on the root cause. - Manage Predictive and Preventive Maintenance System to maximize equipment availability - Work with Process Engineers to ensure Machines are capable to meet production requirements - Conduct technical training and equipment briefing with engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Production Technicians. - Act as local on-site representative manufacturers, contractors, and service providers. Basic Qualifications: - Degree in STEM related field - 5 years experience in relevant roles including the below - Experience in the Maintenance and Operation of Vacuum Process Equipment - Experience in the Maintenance and Operation of Facilities Systems - Perform hands on support of Production Equipment Desired Skills: - Component Reliability/ MTTF / Predictive Maintenance Planning - Logical Troubleshooting methodology Root Cause Analysis, Component Failure Analysis - Ability to work with and manage outside contractors - Ability to Support Maintenance Technicians to implement solutions in production equipment- Experience with Facilities Systems and their specifications - Process Chilled Water Systems - HVAC - Electrical Systems - Nitrogen delivery and Generation systems - Compressed Clean Dry Air - Vacuum Component Recommendation and Selection for Upgrades - AutoCAD and SolidWorks - PLC and Control System - Experience with Maximo maintenance - Support of Building Management System Architecture - Facilities Systems Operation and Planning for the Future needs Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
