JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business and take exceptional care of your clients.
* Meet or exceed sales targets.
* Manage assigned sales territory and grow sales pipeline
* Establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients.
* Develop customer pricing, proposals, and contracts.
* Follow-up on leads and sales inquiries generated by direct marketing initiatives.
* Attend and manage company sponsorships at industry conferences and associations.
* Maintain timely, complete, and accurate summary of revenue opportunities and pipeline information in CRM system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s level degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
* 3+ years of B2B software sales experience
* Rail / trucking / ocean industry background
* Former leadership experience
* Experience with CRM tools
* Experience in TMS sales, logistics, supply chain management and/or rail operations is a significant plus.
* Proven track record of networking and building long-term business relationships with clients.
* Experience delivering effective C-level presentations.
