Reporting to the Manager for Field Operations, the Case Management Pilot Program (CMPP) Coordinator leads the implementation of the CMPP in San Antonio, Texas. The CMPP Coordinator will provide outreach, coordination, and oversight of the CMPP, including the provision of human trafficking and mental health screenings, legal and cultural orientation, and other services and referrals as needed to program participants. The CMPP Coordinator will supervise a team of CMPP Case Managers.

DUTIES



  • Coordinate the implementation of the CMPP in San Antonio and surrounding areas in accordance with program guidelines and Global Refuge standards.
  • Develop and support the implementation of a CMPP outreach plan, engage in public speaking to advertise the program, and support the recruitment of referral partners.
  • Provide staff training and supervision.
  • Work with national-level staff to adapt and create program materials including handbooks, tools, and program evaluation materials.
  • Adopt standard operating procedures to ensure the implementation of quality programs and the support of CMPP participants.
  • Collaborate with partners and programmatic stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Provide oversight of client-centered, trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically appropriate CMPP services to enrolled participants.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities such as case file reviews and client interviews and submit written programmatic reports.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and work with community partners to increase program referrals and ensure participant access to community resources.
  • Advise the management team of any program implementation issues.
  • Ensure program participants are being served in a linguistically and culturally appropriate manner and provide education and advocacy when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in social work or behavioral/human services, public policy, or related field or three (3) years of experience providing community engagement, case management, and/or social services.
  • Supervision experience, especially in an immigrant service, is preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of immigration systems, or other relevant cross-cultural experiences are a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant, customer-centered demeanor and professional image under a variety of challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically in a multicultural setting and with limited English proficient speakers.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and other database programs.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot, and follow projects through with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently, with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including keen listening ability, relationship building, community outreach, and cultivating networks.
  • Exceptional presentation, training, and facilitation skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
  • Desire to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and valid insurance and be able to travel locally as required.
  • International work or study experience and Spanish language abilities are a plus.
  • Cross-cultural or international experience preferred.
