What You'll Do:

As part of the Productivity Enablement function within the Office of the COO, this role will drive operational excellence by collaboratively and systematically analyzing business problems, defining solution requirements, guiding solution delivery, and monitoring the performance of solutions.

The role maintains effective relationships with leaders and experts across the organization, leads analyses, facilitates engagement and workshops, and produces high quality blueprints for short and long-term change. This role also uses expertise with Microsoft capabilities (Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel Macros, and/or VBA) to both deliver solutions and educate users on the safe use of these tools to deliver their own continuous improvements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

  • Collaborate with team owners and SMEs to identify process pain points and opportunities to leverage automation to increase value and efficiency throughout the organization

  • Act as a primary contact to members of the Productivity Community of Practice to share knowledge, grow expertise, and direct use of Microsoft productivity tools.

  • Monitor the safe use of user-developed tools enterprise-wide through the Community of Practice.

  • Contribute to defining and executing the long-term vision and roadmap for automation within OCC.

  • Analyze and monitor the return on investment of our solutions.

  • Write user requirements for development and testing teams.

  • Participate with UAT and test scenario/case development.

  • Manage expectations and communicate with stakeholders and team members

  • Serve as a liaison between development partners and business SMEs

  • Work closely with OCC information technology teams to integrate the automation platforms with other existing platforms

  • Lead Agile ceremonies that support solution delivery

  • Experience in collecting and documenting business requirements to solve process inefficiencies

  • Hands-on experience delivering automations with Microsoft tools (Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI; Excel Macros, VBA)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, IT partners, team, and leadership

  • Ability to think logically in a manner to learn script writing for automation tools

  • Understanding of systems development methodologies

  • Ability to identify, analyze, quantify, and report performance metrics related to delivered process improvements and automations

Technical Skills:

  • [Required] Microsoft Office Suite

  • [Required] Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Excel Macros, and/or VBA

  • [Preferred] Experience with business process management (BPM) Tools

  • [Preferred] Understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) Tools

Education and/or Experience:

  • [Required] Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, or similar field

  • [Preferred] MBA or related graduate level course work

  • [Required] 5+ years of work experience

  • [Required] Experience with business analysis

97,000.00 - 117,100.00 - 137,300.00 USD Annual

Incentive Range

8% to 15%
