Summary of Position

The Senior Program and Analytics Manager will be responsible for the oversight and monitoring of projects, programs, and Telephony. This fast-paced role will involve coordinating with all functional areas within Operations and across the business on major multifunctional projects to drive timeliness and organizational accountability. The Senior Program Manager will also provide information, reports, and recommendations to management on performance and process improvement, and the development of training programs that result in improved business results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides project and leadership for projects across multi-functional business segments.
  • Plans, organizes, implements, and tracks projects within operations to drive accountability and
  • delivery within established time frames.
  • Collects, reviews, and evaluates data against process, procedures and standards to analyze
  • effectiveness and improvement opportunity.
  • Conducts extensive review of project and work tickets across business functions to determine quality and timeliness of actions.
  • Partners with senior management, other business functions, and Operations to identify areas of improvement and automation and help drive that change.
  • Work with internal and external partners in identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements.
  • Prepare Business Requirements and Functional design documents and help in testing before implementation.
  • Manages productivity to ensure completion of required assignments within given timelines.
  • Participates, as needed, in collaboration sessions, meetings and communication sessions.
  • Coordinates centralized policy and procedures and documentation including process flows for the function.
  • Initiates constructive feedback with employees and management on findings.
  • Assists management with special projects, as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; or an associate degree (or equivalent) with minimum 7 years of project management and operations experience.
  • 3-5 years advanced training and/or experience with advanced Excel and/or other data analysis and reporting software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management and Technology
  • Knowledge and skills in data gathering, trend analysis, and statistical process control.
  • Ability to prepare extensive statistical and project status reports and provide updates to senior

    leadership.

  • Ability to be objective and analytical in reviewing all types of business and systems data.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and afterhours, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Contact Center and Telephony background highly desirable
  • Project management certification a plus.
  • Six Sigma certification a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
