General Description:

  • This role involves close collaboration with the team and internal and external stakeholders, focusing on executing critical strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of key strategic goals, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and departmental goals and establishing clear expectations for collaboration.
  • Spearheading special assignments and tasks, including managing resources, executing communication plans, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Regularly reporting on project status to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively manages stakeholder expectations and addresses concerns effectively.
  • Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of partnerships and outcomes.
  • Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and implements necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • The ability to understand the broader business landscape and identify strategic opportunities for collaboration.
  • Excellent customer service and quality assurance skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex initiatives from initiation to completion with minimal support.
  • Ability to raise performance standards, maximize resource utilization and productivity, provide coaching and mentoring, conduct annual performance appraisals, manage staff hiring, and address performance concerns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective communication with technical and non-technical employees.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
  • Understanding of the relevant industry, market trends, and competition.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Seven years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Skilled communicator with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional business relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding performer, persistent and proactive leader, exceptionally detail-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL V3 Foundations or higher certification highly desired.
