$82K+ annual salary for all licensed Therapists/Counselors, plus $10K first year bonus! Therapists/Counselors under supervision annual starting salary $72K+ plus $8K first year bonus!
Therapist/Counselor is part of a multidisciplinary team. Under clinical supervision and within agency policy and clinical standards, the Therapist/Counselor in this position will provide services to produce optimal outcomes for CCBHC SMI and COD clients discharging from inpatient to outpatient services. Services are provided primarily in a community-based setting and may be embedded at CrisisCare Center or other inpatient facilities completing intakes with newly enrolled clients to facilitate successful hospital discharge to transition to outpatient care with the team. Therapist/Counselor is responsible for: assessments and diagnosing, intakes, treatment planning and reviews, safety planning, individual, group, & family therapy, crisis intervention, care management, medical care coordination, coordinating internal and external support services, education on appropriate crisis hotlines and community resources, outreach, and data collection. Therapist/Counselor will maintain accurate and timely documentation, meet department direct services productivity standards, and manage caseload. Therapist will provide therapy and counseling using evidenced based practice interventions and will ensure therapy access to all clients quickly and as clinically indicated.
