Gauge first piece as quality requires per line
Pull cut & etch parts for the quality lab and coordinated efforts in the event of a failure
Perform required quality checks
Alert tugger/ fork lift driver if raw material supply is running low.
Initiates escalation issues to appropriate personnel in Teams
Train and assist team members in PLEX
Train operators to SWI
Able to run all equipment on assigned line through breaks and lunch if needed
Troubleshoot equipment / clear faults through HMI
Monitor and change wire barrels as needed
Review TPM daily
Change consumables (per Team Leader SWI )
Ensures that safety and 5S housekeeping standards are followed
Monitor production equipment. Create work orders for equipment repairs(PLEX)
Disposition of non-conforming material ( Scrap )
Changeovers
Lead daily start up meeting
Shift Pass down / daily line walk
Report shift production
Validate Daily Production numbers and Downtime in PLEX
