Acentra seeks a Service Support Facilitator Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As the QIA Service Support Facilitator Supervisor, you will play a significant role in guiding and empowering a team to successfully achieve service deliverables associated with the QIA assessments. Your responsibilities include providing overarching supervision, orchestrating inter- rater reliability functions, and shaping team policies and procedures, contributing to the overall effectiveness and cohesion of the assessment process.

* The position is remote and interested candidates should be a resident of West Virginia or bordering West Virginia with the ability to travel to Charleston, WV for a quarterly meeting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure contract deliverables, particularly in the realm of Service Support Facilitator (SSF) and other functions, are successfully achieved
  • Provide direct employee supervision
  • Develop, maintain, and refine operational guidelines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze performance measures, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize deliverables
  • Conduct and manage inter-rater reliability activities with staff to maintain consistency and accuracy
  • Supervise and administer the QIA processes and reports, involving liaison with the Medical Eligibility Contract Agent, completion of monthly reports, management of released slots, and processing special requests related to eligibility
Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology with master's level license such as LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or Psychologist license number
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in with children's mental health and child welfare case and prior leadership and/or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft software with the ability to leverage its tools effectively
  • Comprehensive understanding of CSED Waiver program policies and procedures
  • Exceptional organizational and efficient skills, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a professional and effective communication style
  • Flexibility is key, coupled with a proactive willingness to learn new skills and
    embrace diverse tasks
  • Adaptable to evolving responsibilities and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $56,365-$66,000.

"Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant's placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level."
