Scheduling & Tracking Analyst Iin GAC Savannah Unique Skills: NOTE: This is not an engineering role, but one that supports the completion engineering organization. To be successful at this job a candidate must: - Possess strong analytical skills and an acute attention to detail. - Work well in a fast-paced dynamic team with a continuous improvement mindset. - Track and analyze engineering data within Completions/Aircraft Interior organization. - Have an elevated level of proficiency within Excel. - Maintain customers task workload through cascading scheduling practices. Preferred Skills: - Previous planning and coordination experience. - Familiar with the certification process of aviation. - Familiar with aviation interior furniture. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level. Data processing, planning, sched/track, or related analytical experience utilizing project mgmt tools. Requires proven experience with PC based software such as Project,Excel,Word,PPT. Knowledge of Access a plus.
Position Purpose:
Under general supervision, gathers, organizes and analyzes data to create weekly and monthly measurement charts for the Engineering organization, functional groups, and various manufacturing build teams. Responsible for developing and preparing Engineering performance measurement charts & maintaining Project Engineering schedules. Job Description
