OverviewGrow and refine your experience in strategic and creative execution as a Creative Producer in our newly formed Global Demand Center (GDC), Microsoft Commercial Brand Studios Digital Storytelling Lab. In this role as a Creative Producer - Global Demand Center, you will translate marketing strategies into powerful creative outputs, helping to design and deliver the digital experiences that support how customers discover, learn about, and buy commercial services from Microsoft.If you are a creative, resourceful data-driven operator with a desire to bring our brand to life and deliver amazing content experiences - this role is for you! This role will report to our Executive Creative Director and will work collaboratively across Creative Strategists and channels (web, social, paid, etc.) to understand and deliver on creative needs. Along with refining creative operations workflows, you also will direct and coordinate across the assets produced in the Digital Storytelling Lab. You will gain a rich understanding of production, creative timelines and channel partner needs and will work across complex delivery schedules with internal and agency partners. This role offers a great opportunity to look left to right across Commercial Solution Areas (CSAs) and across the digital channels run by the GDC. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home. This role is in the United States. Relocation assistance is not provided. The Digital Storytelling Lab champions customer experiences across digital Commercial channels with creative assets that deliver audience-first stories. The assets and content created leverage customer insights to drive brand love, engagement, and business growth across the Commercial portfolio. ResponsibilitiesCross-Channel Collaboration: Work across various channels such as web, social, and paid media to understand and deliver on creative needs. Drive ongoing stakeholder meetings and communications across the channels. Capture and translate feedback from channels into internal and agency partners. Project Management: Oversee the production process, manage complex delivery schedules, and act as coordinator for the assets produced. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and agency partners to ensure alignment and execution of creative strategies. Content Creation: Generate engaging content that brings the Microsoft brand to life and resonates with the target audience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize content performance. Innovation and Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to continuously innovate and improve creative outputs. Understand and track performance of digital assets via the channel teams to understand how to innovate and drive creative enhancements. Build and track creative learnings repository across all campaigns. Strategic Planning: Develop and refine marketing strategies to translate into creative outputs that align with business goals. Creative Development: Design and deliver digital experiences that support customer discovery, learning, and purchasing of Microsoft's commercial services. Other:Embody ourcultureandvalues
